I recently discovered my artistic abilities as I opened to learn more about myself during college. I decided to invest my time in a few art courses in the university and it has been an amazing experience so far.

I spend a couple summers in my undergraduate studies at Michigan State and Ohio State as an REU participant.

I bike anywhere when I can. I also join group bike rides organized by community leaders.

Equity-minded

A first generation Filipino-American immigrant, assimilating in a new culture meant learning about the injustices of past and present American society. This informs my attitudes, passions, and beliefs as an individual, a student, and a prospective planner and designer.

Technologically-embracing

I enjoy being current with the state of the art technologies. I grew up tinkering with computers; as a child with no gaming consoles, computers provided me with entertainment and education.

I built this website using Wordpress, learned Python through my partner and my computer science course, and installed Fedora Linux in my desktop. I value open-source software and wish independent developers have more support.
